About

I'm Shashank Sangule, the engineer behind DivWeavers.

I'm a senior mobile and full-stack product engineer working across mobile applications, product interfaces, backend systems, integrations, practical AI features, and production delivery.

I work directly with startups, product teams, and software agencies, including on products and codebases that already exist.

DivWeavers

An independent engineering practice, operated by me.

DivWeavers is the professional home for my independent product engineering work.

Clients work directly with me, so product questions, technical decisions, implementation, debugging, and delivery stay close to the engineer doing the work.

Areas of work

Product responsibilities that cross the stack.

I am most useful when the outcome depends on more than one isolated screen or ticket.

01 // MOBILE

Mobile product engineering

Flutter, React Native, native platform integrations, authentication, notifications, subscriptions, releases, and inherited apps.

Mobile product delivery
02 // WEB_INTERFACES

Frontend product engineering

React, Next.js, TypeScript, product interfaces, frontend architecture, performance, and maintainable delivery.

Frontend architecture and accessibility
03 // SYSTEMS_DATA

Backend and data

Supabase, PostgreSQL, APIs, authentication, storage, realtime behavior, serverless functions, and data workflows.

Data and integration boundaries
04 // INTELLIGENCE

AI product integration

LLM APIs, structured extraction, OCR, embeddings, semantic search, orchestration, validation, and fallback behavior.

Validated product workflows
05 // DEPLOYMENT

Production and release work

Debugging, failure handling, deployment, store releases, operational constraints, and practical handoff.

Release and deployment support
06 // STABILIZATION

Existing codebases

Investigation, stabilization, feature delivery, and proportionate changes inside systems another team built.

Diagnosis and regression checks
Professional path

From full-stack development to product ownership.

My full-stack foundation taught me to think beyond the screen currently being worked on. Frontend and mobile decisions connect to APIs, data models, authentication, state, integrations, releases, and failure handling.

Senior frontend work broadened that responsibility into architecture, product feasibility, review, debugging, performance, and maintainability. DivWeavers continues that progression through direct ownership of product outcomes.

Where I create value

Ownership where product behavior and engineering overlap.

Understanding an inherited product before changing it

Owning features that cross interface, API, data, and integration boundaries

Finding root causes behind difficult production symptoms

Turning product intent into practical, maintainable delivery

Existing codebases

A rewrite should be a conclusion, not a reflex.

Inherited systems are normal. I work with Flutter, React Native, React, Kotlin, Swift, Supabase, and API-backed applications where documentation or architecture may be incomplete.

My first step is to understand the system, its constraints, and the evidence before recommending major changes.

How I think

Engineering principles

01 // DIAGNOSIS

Understand before rebuilding

Investigate the system and its constraints before recommending major change.

02 // VISIBILITY

Communicate risk early

Make unknowns, dependencies, and delivery risks visible before they become surprises.

03 // SIMPLICITY

Prefer practical architecture

Use the simplest structure that handles the product's real constraints and stays understandable.

04 // RESILIENCE

Build for production

Include failure handling, state, permissions, deployment, and recovery in the engineering work.

05 // PRAGMATISM

Explain trade-offs clearly

Connect technical recommendations to risk, effort, maintainability, and product impact.

06 // SUSTAINABILITY

Leave the system understandable

Aim for a professional handoff that another engineer can safely continue.

Working together

Direct, visible, and compatible with your process.

I can work independently without disappearing. Founders, CTOs, and agencies can expect concise communication, evidence-based estimates, early risk discussion, independent problem solving, and a clean handoff without unnecessary rewrite pressure.

Direct communication with the engineer doing the work
Practical participation in existing planning, Git, review, and release workflows
Clear scope and trade-offs when uncertainty affects an estimate
Respect for the existing team, codebase, and client relationship

SettleTab

SettleTab is a live Android app for itemized shared bills. People can scan a receipt or enter items manually, correct the bill, assign individual and shared purchases, calculate what each person owes, and share a read-only result.
